Join Christopher Golden, founder of Three Suns, for 5 nights. Experience the best of what the Hamptons have to offer with a host who knows all the back roads. Enjoy the height of the summer season with luxurious beach days, twice daily yoga, and most importantly that local summer produce! 

Our Favorite chef, Lauren Gerrie, will be creating delicious meals focused on local seasonal produce. Meals will be served family style on the patio. 

Sample Schedule (subject to slight changes):

Wednesday July 18th: 6:30 - 7:30pm Welcome Class followed by 8pm Welcome Dinner

Thursday July 19th:  7:15am Light-Breakfast (tea, coffee, light bites)  8 - 10am Yoga, 10:30am Brunch, Free Time / Beach Time, Afternoon Yoga 5 - 6:15pm, Dinner in town (folks are encouraged to walk to Sag Harbor village and enjoy dinner at one of many great restaurants. Retreaters with cars may choose to drive to a neighboring town).

Friday July 20th  7:15am Light-Breakfast (tea, coffee, light bites)  8 - 10am Yoga, 10:30am Brunch, Free Time / Beach Time, Afternoon Yoga 5 - 6:15pm, 7pm Dinner on the Patio

Saturday July 21st  7:15am Light-Breakfast (tea, coffee, light bites)  8 -10am Yoga, 10:30am Brunch, Free Time / Beach Time, Afternoon Yoga 5 - 6:15pm, 7pm Dinner on the Patio, 8:30pm Head to beach for bonfire  

Sunday July 22nd  7:15am Light-Breakfast (tea, coffee, light bites)  8 -10am Yoga, 10:30am Brunch, Free Time / Beach Time, Afternoon Yoga 5 - 6:15pm, 7pm Final Group Dinner on the Patio

Monday July 23rd 7:15am Light-Breakfast (tea, coffee, light bites)  8 -9:30am Yoga, 10am Brunch.

Check out is 1pm but folks are welcome to hang out into the late afternoon and enjoy a final beach day or stroll around town.

Chef Bio: 

Lauren was born and raised in Southern California by two artists and moved to New York City 17 years ago to pursue a life as a professional dancer and artist. During college, while serving and cock tailing in restaurants and bars all over lower Manhattan and Brooklyn, she began to explore her deep love of cooking and the unique world that is the service industry. After working and training in Tuscany she returned to NY and began a creative culinary company with her best friend Flannery called bigLITTLE Get Together. Lauren has competed and won on CHOPPED and CHOPPED CHAMPIONS and in 2017 returned to the show as a guest judge. In January she resigned, after almost seven years, from her role as Marc Jacobs' private chef to continue her exploration and growth both inside and outside of the kitchen. Coming together with friends, front and back of house, that she worked with at Marlow & Sons / Diner, in June of 2017 Lauren became a partner and pastry consultant for CERVO'S restaurant in the Lower East Side. She continue to work as a freelance private chef and as a food writer for Paper Magazine, Domino Magazine, Furthermore, Counter Service, and other kick ass culinary & lifestyle publications. When not cooking Lauren co-teaches, with Marisa Competello(founder & creator of Metaflora), an all levels adult dance class called MOVES.She is currently preparing to do a month long Pop Up Restaurant in Geneva, Switzerland with Antichambre in collaboration with LA based chef Mychael Henry. From there she will be cheffing for the summer and fall with The Sailing Collective as well as cooking for yoga retreats with Three Suns & Sky Ting Yoga.
